About
Owner-led general contracting for the Peninsula and South Bay
Jamie Rouleau Construction is the contracting practice of Jamie Rouleau (James John Rouleau) — focused on craftsmanship, clear scopes, and complete construction and installation.
Who you’ll work with
This is an owner-led general contractor business. When you schedule a site visit or request a quote, you’re dealing with Jamie — not a sales desk that disappears once the job starts.
The work centers on high-end residential remodel and new construction: custom kitchens, cabinetry, wall systems, and builds that run from framing through finish.
Tone matters on a job site. We use plain contractor language — site visits, written estimates, remodel, new build — and we keep the agreement aligned with what was scoped.
