Process
From first site visit to final walkthrough
Clear contractor language, written scopes, and one owner-led team. Here’s how a typical remodel or new-build conversation moves forward.
What to expect
We start on site — not with a phone quote for a job we haven’t seen. After that visit, you get a written scope and estimate you can review. If we move ahead, the contract matches that scope, then we build, then we walk the finished work together.
-
Site visit
We walk the property, talk through goals, constraints, access, and timing. Bring plans or sketches if you have them; if not, we’ll still map the conversation to a realistic scope.
-
Written scope & estimate
You receive a written description of the work and an estimate based on what we saw. This is the document you’ll compare and ask questions against — not a verbal ballpark that disappears later.
-
Contract
If you choose to proceed, the contract reflects the agreed scope. Change orders stay intentional and written when the project needs to shift.
-
Build
Construction and installation proceed with Jamie as the accountable general contractor — kitchens, cabinetry, framing through finish, remodel, or new build as scoped.
-
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work together, address punch-list items, and hand off a completed job you can live in.
